Writing these things into your first email saves a round trip:

• Billing questions — the email address on your account and the date of the charge, or the receipt number from your Stripe email
• Refund requests — put "Refund request" in the subject line
• Something looks wrong in the data — which metric, which date, and what you expected to see
• Cannot log in — the email address you signed up with
