Metal Stream is a market data and analytics service. It is not investment advice. We publish quantitative measurements of market conditions. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, we do not forecast prices, and we do not manage money. Every trading decision you make is entirely your own.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Metal Stream" refer to the operator above. "You" refers to the person who creates an account or purchases a subscription.
A Metal Stream subscription gives you access to a web dashboard showing quantitative measurements of the gold and macro markets. These currently include:
The exact set of indicators changes over time as we add, refine or retire data layers. We may change what is included in a plan, and will give reasonable notice before removing something material.
This is the most important section of these Terms. By subscribing you confirm that you understand all of the following:
Trading gold, futures, contracts for difference and other leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss. Past market behaviour does not predict future market behaviour. You may lose more than your initial capital. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, consult a licensed professional in your own country before acting.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for making sure that using this service is lawful where you live. We may decline or terminate service to anyone in a jurisdiction where we cannot lawfully operate.
You need an account to access the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@metal-stream.com straight away if you think someone else has access.
One account is for one person. Sharing login credentials, or giving other people access to the dashboard through your account, is grounds for termination without refund.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
For Pro, your card is charged on the same day each month. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. If it keeps failing, access ends when your paid period runs out.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and can cancel before it applies.
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your account, or by emailing support@metal-stream.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling by itself is not a refund request — see our Refund Policy.
Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use Metal Stream data for your own decisions. You may not:
You may reference our data in your own commentary or research if you attribute it to Metal Stream.
Our data comes from third-party sources, including exchange reports, ETF administrators, regulatory filings and public statistical agencies. We label the confidence level of each metric where we can, and we mark data as pending rather than filling gaps with estimates.
Even so, data can be delayed, revised by its source, incomplete, or wrong. We provide everything "as is" and do not warrant that it is accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose. Do not treat any figure on the dashboard as authoritative without checking the underlying source yourself.
We aim to keep the service running continuously but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream data outages, infrastructure failures and events outside our control can all cause downtime. Extended downtime that is our fault may be credited at our discretion; occasional short interruptions are not grounds for a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metal Stream is not liable for any trading loss, investment loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service — whether or not that loss was foreseeable.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your payment method is used fraudulently. If we terminate your account for a breach, you are not entitled to a refund of the remaining period.
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@metal-stream.com.
We collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your Telegram ID, so we can operate your account and deliver the service. Payment details are handled by Stripe under their own privacy terms; we receive only a customer reference and the last four digits of your card.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to run the service (payment processing, hosting, email delivery) or where required by law. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing support@metal-stream.com; we will do so unless we are legally required to keep records of a transaction.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Every version is dated so you can see what changed and when.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be handled by the courts of Thailand. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be contracted out of, those rights still apply to you.
